CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or arriving for your appointment with a physical or health condition which would prevent Ukrainian Nails, in its sole and absolute discretion, from providing any requested services, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the appointment cost. Likewise, “no-shows” – including arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment – without prior notification will incur a fee equal to the full amount of your appointment cost. Further, we cannot guarantee that we will have time for an extensive, or non-standard, nail design if it is not included in the original booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
